About the Space

Located in the heart of Scarborough, VanceWorldMedia is a state of the art video & recording studio. Created by Juno Nominated Artist Vance Mckenzie, the studio consists of a green infinity wall for use with virtual production/green screen production, as well as doubling as a large event space. The facility also contains multiple studio rooms for audio recording and video editing. Guests and clients can relax in the mezzanine lounge located on the second floor overlooking the live room.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Yes, I would book again.

I shot a music video at this location andVance was a blast to work with. He extremely quick responses to messages and just a cool chill guy in person. Vance's space is fantastic and he is extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a nice large green screen studio to book here
