Rancho Las Tres Marías is a beautiful private ranch venue ideal for small gatherings of up to 60 guests. This peaceful setting is perfect for birthdays, weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, family gatherings, holiday celebrations, and memorials. Guests enjoy access to the front and back yard, with flexible space for dining, dancing, and décor. The rental also includes access to the home’s living room, kitchen, and one restroom for added convenience. Outdoor speakers by the pool are available for music at respectful levels. The pool and jacuzzi may be used for select events for an additional fee. ✨ Overnight & Weekend Stay Option: The house is also available for overnight or weekend stays for an additional fee. Guests interested in staying overnight may book the home separately through Airbnb. This venue offers privacy, comfort, and a relaxed atmosphere for meaningful celebrations in a scenic ranch environment.

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Provide with big Canisters for garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
