While we sometimes have cameras available for rent (subject to availability), it is the responsibility of the person booking to bring their own cameraman and necessary equipment to film their session. Our space is designed to provide an optimal environment for podcasting, and we’re happy to answer any questions about setup or logistics before your booking. Routine Cleaning: After each booking, our dedicated cleaning team conducts a thorough cleaning of the entire studio, including high-touch surfaces like door handles, light switches, and equipment. We use EPA-approved disinfectants known for their effectiveness against viruses and bacteria. Deep Cleaning: In addition to routine cleaning, the studio undergoes a deep clean regularly, focusing on sanitizing spaces such as the bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area. This includes detailed attention to appliances, countertops, and seating areas. Ventilation: Before and after bookings, we ensure the studio is well-ventilated, allowing fresh air to circulate and reduce airborne contaminants. Sanitization Stations: We provide hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes throughout the studio, especially in high-traffic areas, to encourage personal hygiene and equipment care among our guests. Guest Responsibilities: We kindly ask our guests to contribute to our cleanliness efforts by using the provided sanitization products, disposing of trash appropriately, and maintaining a tidy workspace during their booking. Professional Standards: Our cleaning crew is trained in health and safety protocols, ensuring they meet current health guidelines while wearing protective gear during their tasks. By implementing these comprehensive cleaning practices, Nashville Creatives aims to offer a secure and spotless environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best — creating.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
