You're booking a beautiful two-story classic Hollywood home that has been upgraded over the last two years with modern amenities such as an in-ground swimming pool, 2-hole putting green, sauna, full gym with cardio equipment and smart home products in every room, without compromising the very rare, classic Hollywood look of the estate. The space is ideal for shooting content, production, hosting poolside events, dinner parties in the classic yet modernized dining room, as well as several other ways the property can be used for tons of different event types complete with views of the iconic Hollywood sign. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
