About the Space
Open white cube with an industrial look: high concrete ceilings, concrete floors with white walls. There is a full service cafe bar at one end, a gallery space in the middle, and a cozy cafe seating by the entrance. All the furniture can be easily moved to make more space for shoots. We've been host to photo/video shoots, concerts, and many private events. We highly recommend visiting the space prior to booking to get a better idea. A lot of our clients have told us how much bigger the space is in person, especially with the furniture moved. All furniture in the space are either on wheels or light weight for the purpose of shoots or hosting events. A barista can be hired during your shoot as a bonus. If it's a night event, either the client or we can obtain a Special Occasion Permit to serve alcohol for guests. Art on gallery walls cannot be moved, however if white wall is needed, the entire half of the space is blank white walls. For events, we hosted a concert with over 100 guests, and an exhibition with over 300 tickets sold (guests coming in and out throughout the night).

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

David was amazing!! He answered all of my questions super quickly and was kind and helpful. The space was perfect and we had a great time. David's space was awesome! We used it for our wedding party and all our guests were all commenting how cool the space was. The bar was stocked with plenty of drinks for our guests, and we were allowed to order in our own food which was perfect for us. David was kind, helpful, and super communicative before we booked so we had every question answered and felt confident making the booking. We would definitely recommend anyone booking this space in Toronto!

Space was great couldn’t have picked a better spot spacious lots of furniture as well so you can style how you want to but asides from how great the place is David the host ,is even better the layou was enough for me to give it a 100% but David broke the ceiling and made it 200, great spot.
