Common Room: Ideal for table reads, castings, or simply relaxing. Spacious conference table with comfy chairs for 8 people. TV and a large sofa for added comfort. Facilities: Kitchen for lunch breaks, including a fridge. Two toilets and an office space for your convenience. Discover a practical and comfortable space for your creative projects. We have dedicated cleaning person, who is responsible to clean and disinfect the space after each bookings. Also we require from our clients to keep the space clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
