Unique 1924 home is now available for still photo shoots and small video shoots (fewer than 20 people -- see variable fee structure below). The entire upper floor interior and exterior are available. The downstairs interior living room is available, and bedrooms may also be available. The property is a gorgeous historical home in Whitley Heights once belonging to W.C. Fields. Spanish / Mediterranean revival-style home with wrought-iron accents and a stunning floor to ceiling stained glass window. Areas available for shooting (see photographs) include the great/living room with a ceiling approximately 20-25 feet high, the outdoor breezeway, the staircase, the kitchen and dining area, and various outdoor areas including a beautiful rosemary garden with agave plants and fruit trees, an upper stone deck, and a lower outdoor seating area. The bedroom with the wood floors is available as a dressing area or for shooting + the green tile bathroom may be used as well. The bedroom with the terra cotta tile floors may be available depending on scheduling. The upper outdoor deck can be used as an outdoor holding area for the crew on the side of the house. The house is on the side of Whitley Heights with west facing views of the Hollywood Heights. From the living room there is a spectacular view of the Hollywood Heights hills, the Hollywood Bowl across Highland Ave. and the Hollywood Cross (Hollywood Pilgrimage Memorial Monument) across the Hwy 101. A view of the Hollywood sign is also located just around the corner from the house. The house is located on Wedgewood Pl, not far from Cahuenga Blvd. and Highland Ave. Permits for all day neighborhood street parking can be provided, $4 per pass, a max of 3 cars. For this small amount of cars, dispersed street parking can often be located. Additional parking must be arranged off-site. Typically, a production will shuttle their crew and talent from a nearby lot, but it is also possible to carpool. There is ample parking in the parking lots around the Hollywood Heritage museum and in the Hollywood Bowl parking lots. FEE STRUCTURE: $100/hour up to 6 people (all crew and talent) $150/hour for 7 to 10 people $200/hour for 11-15 people $250/hour for 15-20 people The 6-hour minimum applies to any size group, with a maximum of 12 hours.
