About the Space
Private, and very quiet, climate controlled space full of beautiful natural light with windows on East, South and West facing walls. Perfect for photoshoots or content creation. 750 sqft. White walls, white concrete floors, on wheels 8'x8' mobile backdrop wall with white on one-side and alternating color on the other side (inquire for color at reservation request). Seamless paper backdrop on pulley system, holds 3 rolls at a time. 4 ft and 6 ft ladder in studio. High ceilings. No restroom in studio, must use restroom in the house. Someone will be on premises to let you in for restrooms. Wardrobe changing area with curtains for privacy. Large mirrors in studio as well.

I use the studio for my own photography so it's important that it's clean. I will always be sure the space is clean before a booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
