About the Space
Welcome to our home! We work in production and have spent all of our lives on set- so we know what goes into making a home both cozy and cinematic. Our gorgeous little three-bedroom craftsman is perfect for your short or feature, testimonial, or documentary, and it BEGS to be shot for social media. Our family works in interiors, and we have always loved mid-century design, so we are restoring this house so it feels welcoming and timeless- and we are getting married this year; so your booking is helping to pay for our wedding. There's a working gas fireplace (please ask first), farmhouse-style kitchen, a vinyl/reading nook, dining room, two bedrooms, and one and a half baths with a clawfoot tub. There is also a recording studio with basic lighting package. While we do have a backyard, it is off limits to production (even as a holding area). We have giant sulcata tortoises; this is their home.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
