Right in Baltimore's beautiful Inner Harbor, our Rooftop Clubroom boasts 360 degree views of the waterfront. Ideal for a picturesque gathering our space has a show kitchen, lounging area and floor to ceiling windows for the perfect Baltimore backdrop. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 24 - Wooden Dining Table that Seats 8 - Mixture of two 2 top tables, 6 top table, 4 stools at kitchen island, couch, 5 armchairs - Kitchenette including mini fridge, microwave, and sink - Full size fridge and second sink located in separate room also located on the same floor - Wifi Take a 3D tour https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=GXKiWASs39k **Guests have access to exterior rooftop and rooftop grilling areas, but they are not part of the reservation so additional residents of the building may be in exterior spaces as well. There is no access to the gym, pool, part of the lounge showing the pool table, or any other interior amenity space not included in the Peerspace pictures. ** FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
