Our Walthamstow space can be customised and we’ll always do our best to meet your needs as our team loves to put on a good party. From private tours and tastings to weddings, we’ve hosted it all including birthdays, supper clubs, corporate events, and more. Send us an event enquiry and we’ll help plan an event to remember. Please note, the space hire fee and minimum spend vary depending on the day, time and event requirements. Drop us a message with your details and we can provide a bespoke quote. ABOUT US We are an urban winery in a warehouse with a ground floor containing ample open space and winery equipment, a mezzanine with a restaurant kitchen, tables, and a bar, and two outdoor spaces including a paved terrace and a garden overlooking the wetlands. Unique features include winemaking equipment such as oak barrels, steel tanks, clay quevri amphora, and more. The ground floor can open to the outdoors with a large garage door, and there is also heating if needed. There is a piano upstairs on the mezzanine. Our nearest tube station is Blackhorse Road, and we are easily accessible from the Blackhorse Road or St James Street Overground and the 158 bus line (Clarence Road stop).

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
