Welcome to When & Where Studio / Event space. This space is 2200 square foot inspired creative space in Costa Mesa, California. Our space is two areas that can be connected as one. Back warehouse is a 900 square feet space great for photo shoots with its high ceilings and garage rollup for natural lighting. It also has its own private bathroom located in the warehouse. . It has its own entrance into the warehouse space from the parking lot. All the furniture, shelves, and pony walls you see in the photos are modular can be moved around and used as needed. The loft space above is off limits to guests. The front space is more of a small event space. Great for art shows or small gatherings. It has interesting angles that segment it off for different uses. It has it's own bathroom and kitchenette. Has it's own entrance from the front of building. All the furniture, shelves, tables, rolling racks etc you see in the photos are modular can be moved around and used as needed. The front space has heating and AC. The 2 spaces can be connected by double doors and be used as one big space for are larger event or closed off for individual use. The space has Sonos speaker set up with 2 speakers in the front and 1 speaker in the back. Very easy to booth tooth into. Health and Safety Measures

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchen, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
