Cleaning Process for Restaurants: 1. **Preparation:** - Gather all necessary cleaning supplies, including disinfectants, detergents, sponges, mops, and cleaning cloths. - Ensure proper ventilation by opening windows or using exhaust fans. - Clear all tables and surfaces of dishes, utensils, and any other items. 2. **Sanitizing Surfaces:** - Start by sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and menus using a disinfectant cleaner. - Pay close attention to areas where food is prepared, such as countertops, cutting boards, and cooking equipment. - Use food-safe sanitizers approved for restaurant use to avoid contamination. 3. **Kitchen Cleaning:** - Clean kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, and refrigerators, using appropriate cleaning agents and degreasers. - Scrub and sanitize sinks and drain areas to prevent bacterial buildup. - Empty and clean grease traps to maintain proper drainage and prevent odors. 4. **Floor Cleaning:** - Sweep or vacuum all floors to remove debris and dirt. - Mop floors with a suitable cleaner to remove spills, stains, and any remaining dirt. - Pay extra attention to areas around cooking stations and food prep areas where spills are common. 5. **Bathroom Maintenance:** - Clean and sanitize all bathroom surfaces, including toilets, sinks, faucets, and mirrors. - Restock toilet paper, soap dispensers, and paper towels as needed. - Empty and sanitize trash bins, and replace liners. 6. **Dining Area:** - Wipe down and sanitize all tables, chairs, and booths. - Clean windows, mirrors, and decorative items. - Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors to remove any debris or spills. 7. **Trash Disposal:** - Empty all trash bins throughout the restaurant, including in the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. - Properly dispose of trash and recyclables in designated bins or areas.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
