About the Space

Welcome to our spacious industrial studio with concrete floors, a kitchenette, and private bathroom. We are a short walk from the Morgan strop on the L train and we are located on the first floor with a handicap accessible entrance. There is a private driveway for truck loading/unloading. The studio has 12 foot ceilings with a full wall of windows and blackout curtains. Within the photo studio we offer a full length mirror, rolling rack with hangers, hand-held steamer, 2x Profoto D2 Strobes, Profoto Air Remote for Canon (we also have a universal wireless adapter), Neewer ML300 300W Battery Powered Strobe (wireless), 2x 24x35” Profoto Soft Boxes with optional Grids, Universal Godox V850II GN60 Speedlight with wireless transceivers and Light Modifiers (color gels, diffuser, barn doors, grids), 42” Parabolic Umbrella, 3.5x6.5’ PVC White Backdrop for Product Photography, 2x 11’ Heavy Duty C-Stands with Sandbags, 2x 11.5’ Heavy Duty C-Stands with Wheels and Sandbags, Rolling Photography Cart, 6x Light Stands, Impact 10’ Crossbar with Superclamp for overhead photography, Extension Cables, Bluetooth Speaker, Vanity Mirror and a Neewer CB100C RGB Continuous Light. Our space also features a collaborative seating area and a product photography table which can also be used as a conference table. Black, Grey, and White 10ft Wide Seamless Paper is provided. A pull to the floor is free, when it goes past the floor and the model is standing on the paper there will be a $10 cut fee. If another color is requested, we will need at least a 2-day notice with exact savage seamless paper color that you would want. This is $20 in the add-on section. One full set-up (backdrop and light positioning) is included in the rental price and any additional scene changes are $10 and must be included in add-ons. One of our team members will meet you on site and stay to make sure all your needs are met, and production can run smoothly. Wifi is available. In unit space heater/AC. No Smoking, vaping, glitter or confetti within the space. No pets allowed due to building policy. Overtime is time and a half, so please reserve the time you think you will need.

Spaces are cleaned between bookings, and cleaning supplies is available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
