Our office space is one large open-concept space, it's great for photoshoots, pop-up events stores, galleries, and intimate events. It has one bathroom, and an open-concept bar/kitchen. The space is very chic and minimal and has an art studio feel to it, it is located in Vancouver's Railtown design districts, steps away from some of the trendiest furniture stores and. restaurants.

We use a professional cleaning company in between bookings to make sure the place is welcoming and clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
