We are flexible on how you want to use the space we have. With a beautiful open-plan kitchen brilliant for cooking or prepping videos for TikTok or small advertising shoots for food. Small/ medium shoots for YouTube/TikTok/Snapchat work well as we have beautiful grounds and a courtyard, and we have a lovely sitting area in front of the house for taking wonderful shots. too. Larger shoots for filming are ideal too as we have had 50 crew members filming a high-end movie before and very comfortably can accommodate people around the house doing different editing, shooting lighting, etc. Using the house for days at a time and setting up once is ok with the amount of room available as we can leave some rooms for shoot set up and retreat to the attic as there is a spare kitchen there too with a bedroom.

We are in touch with a professional cleaning company that we hire out before and after each shoot and filming that gets done to make sure we are ready for the hire and for cleaning after.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
