Fantastic space for photos and videos. 24x14' corner cyc wall with a large garage door for big items and easy load in. Great for professionals of all levels and we are very accommodating to beginners. Plenty of outlets, workspaces, workbench, available equipment, AC, music, clothing racks, steamers, and many other things. The space is very cool! Everyone that comes says they want to work here every day.

We keep the studio very clean and organized. The floors are cleaned regularly, the studio floor is painted weekly and the bathroom is always clean. Try to keep the white cyc wall as clean as possible. We understand that it will get marked up. We usually paint every week or other week depending on usage. When you are done for the day: Make sure all of the equipment is returned to the EXACT same place you found it. Please give the floors a vacuum with the shop vac by the fridge. Get up any loose debris and hair. Please set the ac to eco mode and turn off all of the lights. Make sure to lock up and put the key back in the lock box.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
