This space is located in the heart of Westwood Village in Los Angeles, California just a short walk to UCLA and a short drive to Beverley Hills. Located in a very safe and friendly upscale neighborhood in Los Angeles (not downtown) and all of our clients love this! Great for small engagement dinners, anniversary dinners, small celebrations (such as graduation celebrations with a small group of friends), small receptions, small family gatherings. This space is suitable for any small gatherings, dinners, celebrations/receptions for up to 10 people. If you are looking for a bigger space for additional guest, we suggest that you instead book our "Westwood Event Space with Private Balcony" on our profile which can hold up to 20 guest. Wednesday Special: Book on Wednesdays between 8am -6pm for discounted pricing. Neighborhood Details: The workspace is located on Westwood Blvd in Westwood which boasts a variety of restaurants and businesses ranging from Starbucks, Tacos 1986, and more in a prime and safe area near UCLA and Beverley Hills The building has been fully renovated and the studio features a private 28 foot balcony with a great view of the village.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
