About the Space
This is a state-of-the-art music recording studio and content creation suite in a private, discreet location on the border of Burbank and Glendale. It has an isolated mix room, a live room, and two sound booths. Upon request, you will have access to all live and digital instruments including keyboards, drums, guitars, bass guitars, and vintage & modern mics. Our facility offers top-of-the-line monitoring and playback!

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
