About the Space
Big open floorplan in main living room and kitchen. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Big backyard ( and sun deck) with 7 enormous redwood trees!! Feels like you could be in Big Sur but you're in Santa Monica! Chicken coop, with chickens and garden up a flight of stairs. The house is very private on 1 acre and quiet. 1 mile to the beach. The neighborhood feels very secluded here in Rustic Canyon, it's very private. There are restaurants just down the street and a coffee airstream that we love! We've had a few commercials shot here, (Walmart, and Almond Breeze, and Amazon to name a couple) with fashion brands like Christy Dawn, Eileen West, Imogene and Willie, and more...

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
