Cozy board room meeting space with 12 seat board room table, additional seating area, projector, screen, white board, 75 inch smart TV and kitchenette. Located in a bed and breakfast mansion in the north eastern area of Brampton, Ontario. Browse our spacious and scenic outdoor areas during your meeting breaks.

About a dozen cars can park. Additional cars can park on the street during daytime hours.
General Rules
Meeting space must be tidy before leaving.
Any furniture moved must be put back in place before leaving.
We can provide coffee, tea and finger foods. We do not provide full catering. You may hire third party catering services however.
No smoking or alcohol.
Business/Conference meetings only. No parties.
Boardroom table accommodates 12 people maximum.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras run continuously both outside and inside of building. There are 20 cameras in all.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning staff cleans and disinfects space boardroom area, kitchenette and washroom.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
