This event studio is located in midtown west near MSG. It is 700 sq. ft with large windows. It can be used for any celebration or occasion, as well as any kind of rehearsal (dancing, acting, theater, auditions). Brand new and fully furnished space. Open for booking as early as 7 am until late at night. Located one block away from MSG (Madison Square Garden) on Seventh Avenue.

As it is a Yoga and dance studio that holds regular classes during the day it is therefore cleaned all through out the day. We have a professional cleaning team that cleans the entire building including the rooms, changing rooms and bathroom.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
