Oak Cliff Tiny Guest House on Huge Wooded Lot

The tiny house IS tiny, about 300 square feet. It's on a large lot, so there is room to sit outside. (It has been used for several movie shoots!) Inside, there is a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and a toaster oven and instant pot are available on request for longer-term stays. There is a good-sized table (about 3' square) as a workspace, plus a counter with bar stools. Sleeping accommodations are a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, plus a small, fold-out mat (not very comfy, but adequate) for an additional guest. The bathroom is a shower, and the water pressure is not great, but it gets the job done.
