We have a 13 000 SQFT modern office space that is perfect to rent for things like seminars, HOA meetings, small group events, baby/bridal showers. The common area is bright and have a modern feel. Adjacent is a big training room that seats 50 people with tables and 80 with only chairs. It has a big garage door that allows you to open it up and combine the two areas for one large event area. You will also have access to a beautiful outdoor space. ***Our space is predominantly available during weeknights and weekends. Some exceptions may apply. This space is a real estate firm Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm.

We have a professional cleaner coming in between each booking. Guest need to clean up and put trash in the back dumpster. See directions onsite.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
