We have a 13 000 SQFT modern office space that is perfect to rent for things like seminars, HOA meetings, small group events, baby/bridal showers. The common area is bright and have a modern feel. Adjacent is a big training room that seats 50 people with tables and 80 with only chairs. It has a big garage door that allows you to open it up and combine the two areas for one large event area. You will also have access to a beautiful outdoor space.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
