Surrounded by oak trees, the oversized concrete pool and sleek open-air pavilion provide a unique, versatile backdrop. Pavilion: 30' x 15' with gas fireplace, kitchenette, 70" TV, ceiling fan, furniture and full bathroom Pool: 45' x 18' (water dims) concrete pool with large hot tub, Kebony decking and deck furniture The massive yard (total lot size is .5 acre) is beautifully landscaped with many great vignette options for your shoot. Landscape lighting is available for night shoots. Brands including Design Within Reach, West Elm, Kendra Scott, Levi's, Dell, Verizon, Ford, and more have filmed at our property. PLEASE NOTE: We rent for professional use only. Absolutely no parties. This is our private home, and we only work with respectful, professional groups. *Large commercial shoots are subject to higher fees per industry standard*

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
