The first level gives Old Hollywood vibes with a neutral accent wall, unique beaded black chandelier, and chic accent sofa. It's the perfect space for a photoshoot and/or to record a podcast segment. There is a private, full bathroom on this level for your use as well. The second level gives luxe vibes with a chic, maximalist decor style. It is an open floorplan concept with an abundance of natural lighting. The modern kitchen is the perfect place to shoot culinary content -- all stainless-steel appliances and there is plenty of room for all your cooking necessities as there is a 10-inch kitchen island with pendant lighting and bar seating (seats 3 people). The monochromatic dining space has seating for four and is a beautiful canvas for any dining staging concepts. The living room is adorned with a cozy fireplace, high ceilings, a beautiful lighting fixture, and custom bookshelving. Our oversized yet trendy velour couch is the perfect touch for podcast conversations or any confessional scenes. There is a half bathroom available for use on this level.
