*Note: There is a construction project across from our space that makes recording sound quite difficult. It is still perfect for MOS or photoshoots.* Please enjoy our home away from home. We are a full-service agency that uses our space for film and photo shoots, meetings, events, and social gatherings. A true hidden gem located just over the Summer Street bridge in South Boston. Our airy space covers 5,000 sq. ft and features wide open areas and cozy corners. Our space gets incredible morning and afternoon light with both east and west-facing windows. Our west-facing windows are the best in Boston. They are original to the building with incredible character and have Back Bay and Downtown skyline views. So bring your strobes or embrace the beautiful morning and afternoon natural light. Other features of our space include: - A post-production edit suite with edit stations, a couch, and a client monitor. (subject to FF approved use) - Audio booth with live monitoring and talkback for voice-over and music recording. (subject to FF approved use) - Two stainless steel garage doors that open up or close off certain spaces. They also provide a great industrial look on camera. - Hidden den covered by a bookcase door. - Kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, and microwave. - We have an attached bathroom and additional restrooms in the external hallways. Don't hesitate to reach out for your next film/photo shoot, meeting, wardrobe fitting, gallery opening, or yoga session. We may or may not have Trillium beer on draft for those wrap drinks. Housekeeping note: please plan on removing excessive trash. We do not have a dumpster on-site so excessive trash left behind is subject to additional charges.
