This newly created rehearsal studio and black box theatre venue has been built with young artists in mind. With professionally installed sprung floors throughout, 80 seat retractable seating in a black box theatre, a welcoming lobby with accessible entry, stage lighting and bluetooth sound in all spaces, this space has it all. The 5200sqft have been designed so that rehearsal studios and theatre can operate concurrently. In the heart of Mount Pleasant, it is surrounded by coffeeshops, restaurants, breweries, parks and transit. There is ample street and underground parking available and within walking distance to the skytrain.

Space is fully disinfect and cleaned professionally between bookings and on a weekly basis.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
