This advanced multimedia production setup features a state-of-the-art LED volume composed of 2.6-pixel pitch Icon Virtual LED panels, configured into a J-shape volume that measures 45 feet wide by 16.5 feet tall, with a resolution of 10,752 x 1920 and a cinematic refresh rate of 24Hz. The lighting array includes 8 Verismo Fresnel RGBALC, 4 Blizzard G-max 200, 4 Blizzard Tilt Wash effect lights, 3 Torrent Keyframe 600w LED moving heads. MadMapper software with visuals and lighting synch (NDI) ready. This facility offers a comprehensive range of services in 3D, 2D, SFX, VFX, XR, AR, VR, and MR, integrating technology into art, fashion, and music. It supports immersive, interactive events with a creative suite that includes Unreal Engine, Notch, Touch Designer, Resolume, Houdini, MadMapper, and Stype camera tracking for virtual production, animation, motion graphics, real-time effects, and post-production. Additionally, the setup is equipped for live production with a VJ, DJ, professional Pioneer sound system, and visual displays. The studio is prepared for various types of productions, including motion capture, motion control, rigging, and the use of robotic arms. It also includes an art department, special effects, wardrobe, hair, makeup, and choreography services, supporting productions ranging from product launches to music videos, commercials, keynotes, film, TV, and broadcast. This comprehensive and adaptable setup ensures high-quality production from the initial concept and design stages through to modeling, rendering, editing, and color grading.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Daily Cleaning Routine Reception and Common Areas: -Dust all surfaces, including desks, chairs, and other furniture. -Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and reception counters. -Vacuum carpets and mop hardwood or tile floors. -Empty trash bins and replace liners. Restrooms: -Clean and sanitize all fixtures including sinks, toilets, and mirrors. -Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper. -Mop the floors with a disinfectant solution. -Check and clear drains to prevent clogs. Production Areas (Studios, Control Rooms, etc.): -Dust equipment and desks, ensuring sensitive equipment is handled according to specific guidelines. -Clean and disinfect headsets, microphones, and other shared equipment with appropriate wipes. -Tidy cables and ensure they are properly managed. -Sweep and mop floors, taking care to avoid electrical hazards.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
