About the Space

It is a large space of about 1,500 sf. The photo studio is in the corner with white/green backdrop both 9 ft length. Simple photos up into a full video shoot could be done in this space. A few lights can be provided. There is also plenty of couches, a pool table, a chess table and a few other activities.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Host was very accommodative, punctual, responsive, and helpful. Studio was very spacious and equipment provided was useful for my photography shoot session. It had everything I needed and the setting was great for doing portrait and family photos. Definitely will book again in the future!
