Finished basement available for band practice. Rental comes with the use of drums, base speaker, guitar speakers (2), 1 Yorkville PA speaker, microphone stands (2) and cords. Microphones not included. Maximum 4 band members allowed in premises only. Alcohol not permitted. Two hours minimum rental. Washroom available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
