About the Space

Welcome to Northside Lofts. An event space, photography, or exercise studio offering hourly rentals in the heart of Chicago. Our facility is located in Ravenswood in a beautiful classic Chicago-style industrial loft building with timber beams and centuries-old brick. The building was an early 20th-century workshop for large advertising billboards! Our space is 2,400 square ft. with padded flooring and plenty of natural light. The loft is a great venue for celebratory gatherings, photoshoots, and exercise classes. There is also plenty of free parking!

We vacuum and mop our facility every day. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
