This is perfect for those wanting a more fun birthday experience - allowing adults to slip away to a secret area within the party. For dinner guests, this intimate lounge provides a unique experience unlike other dinner parties - with dark, moody walls, velvet curtains and a vintage vibe - it will elevate any event experience. Features: • Wet bar for serving drinks • Cocktail tables & lounge seating • Music system for curated playlists The Party Room The Party Room is the heart of every booking — a 40’ x 12’ space that can be set for dining, mingling, or themed décor. It’s perfect for showers, dinners, meetings, or as the central gathering area for kids’ parties. Designed to allow for lower-cost dinners, meetings and events. Included: • Kitchenette for food prep and storage • One private bathroom • Flexible layouts with on-site rentals and design assistance available

    Cancellation Policy

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
