About the Space
Our desired Vacation Rental has 3050sf Living space. This split level home with 5 bed/4 baths, 2 living rooms, open concept gourmet kitchen and spaces with a beautiful bright dining room . Outside our living room, we have a heated deck with a grill and seating areas. It is great for any event up to 20 people only. Our amenities are : Private Heated Pool with hot tub, lounge chairs and fireplace by the pool, sauna, and game room with pinball machines , air hockey, etc. We also have plenty of board games, puzzles and folding chairs in the storage room.

Regular Cleaning time are between 10 am- 2:30pm. We hire a profesional team of 2-3 cleaners to make it before your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
