Cleaning Process for Meeting Space: 1. Preparing Cleaning Supplies: - Gather necessary cleaning supplies, including disinfectant spray or wipes, microfiber cloths, garbage bags, and vacuum cleaner. - Ensure that cleaning solutions are properly diluted and labeled for safety. 2. Clearing and Organizing: - Remove any personal belongings and unnecessary items from the meeting space. - Straighten chairs, tables, and other furniture to their original positions. 3. Dusting and Wiping Surfaces: - Begin by dusting surfaces such as tables, chairs, shelves, and electronic equipment using a microfiber cloth. - Wipe down surfaces with disinfectant spray or wipes, paying attention to high-touch areas like door handles, light switches, and countertops. 4. Vacuuming or Sweeping Floors: - Vacuum carpets or sweep hard floors to remove dust, dirt, and debris. - Pay special attention to corners and edges where dirt may accumulate. 5. Mopping (if applicable): - If the meeting space has hard floors, mop using a suitable cleaner and mop bucket, following manufacturer's instructions. - Ensure floors are thoroughly dried to prevent slips and falls. 6. Cleaning Windows and Glass Surfaces: - Use glass cleaner and a clean cloth to wipe down windows, mirrors, and glass partitions, removing any smudges or fingerprints. 7. Emptying Trash Bins: - Replace full garbage bags with new ones and dispose of them in designated waste receptacles. - Clean and sanitize trash bins as needed. 8. Restocking Supplies: - Check and restock essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap in restrooms, if applicable. - Ensure that meeting room supplies such as pens, notepads, and whiteboard markers are replenished if needed. 9. Final Inspection: - Walk through the meeting space to ensure all areas have been properly cleaned and sanitized. - Address any missed spots or areas of concern before completing the cleaning process. 10. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
