Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

General Cleaning: Dust all surfaces including furniture, shelves, and light fixtures. Wipe down windowsills, blinds, and any reachable window glass. Vacuum or sweep and mop all floors, including carpets, rugs, and hard surfaces. Clean and sanitize doorknobs, handles, and light switches. Remove cobwebs from corners and ceiling edges. Empty and clean trash bins and replace with fresh liners. Check and replace any burnt-out light bulbs. Kitchen Cleaning: Clean countertops, backsplashes, and kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, refrigerator, etc.). Wash and sanitize sinks and faucets. Wipe down cabinet exteriors. Sweep and mop kitchen floors. Bathroom Cleaning: Scrub and sanitize toilet, including the seat, bowl, and base. Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, and faucets. Wipe down mirrors and glass surfaces. Clean and shine shower/tub, including walls, doors, and fixtures. Replace used towels with fresh ones. Sweep and mop bathroom floors. Bedroom Cleaning: Change and make the bed with fresh linens. Dust and wipe down all bedroom furniture, including nightstands and dressers. Vacuum carpets and rugs. Empty and clean out any storage areas (closets, drawers, etc.). Outdoor Cleaning: Sweep or hose down outdoor patio or deck area. Clean outdoor furniture and cushions. Remove any debris or clutter from the yard. Final Touches: Inspect the space for any missed spots or areas needing touch-ups. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning products. Ensure all amenities are in working order. Securely lock all doors and windows.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
