The house was renovated six years ago and features open concept kitchen/dry bar/dining room/living room and converted front porch office. Bedroom usage available upon request. Hot tub and covered patio outside. Cigar lounge with wood stove in garage. House features many unique gardens including a massive succulent front garden with a playful snail sculpture. Interiors are furnished in colourful, upcycled furniture. Overall feel is eclectic and lively. Pieces were featured at the 2023 "One of A Kind Show" in Toronto and are currently featured in "Story of Fashion" magazine at Indigo bookstore in Toronto. The property rents as an Airbnb through the winter, receiving five star reviews from all guests. Quick access to Highway 401 and Niagara's wine country. House is just outside of downtown area (~20 minute walk). The area is best described as quaint with wartime housing alongside large and small renovated houses, schools and a large park.
