ICONIC: The Rose Estate served as a witness to generational icons from music to the fight for women’s equality. The home serves as a powerful connection to Detroit’s storied history in Motown and equal rights. They left a legacy and imprint, infusing personal touches only they could leave behind.
TIMELESS: The Rose Estate embodies a timeless blend of elegance. By preserving the property's exquisite craftsmanship, intricate details of stone and rare wood carvings, this Tudor Revival will continue to embed memories within its walls through its heartbeat of history. The Rose shines in nearly 7,000 square feet of elaborate tiling, brick and stone arches, five fireplaces, and rose chandeliers.
MAJESTIC: Nestled on the legendary Detroit Golf Club, The Rose overlooks the 7th Hole as designed by the world’s top course designer, Donald Ross – commissioned by Henry Ford himself, a club member. With brick and stone, its five chimney stacks, this gem just may compete for one of the most magical places in residential architecture.
A Reflection of our Community: The Rose welcomes all and is fully inclusive to all abilities. The Rose is committed to a diverse supplier network and is LGBTQ+ owned.
Next Steps: We recommend sending inquiries before formally requesting to book.
