We have 3 parking lots on the property that are free to park in. There are also two green P lots that are free on evenings and weekends.

Check In & Check Out During check-in, you may be asked to provide your ID and credit card information to pre-authorize a security deposit. Our staff will visit the studio room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking to ensure that the room is left in its original condition. If you need extra time and the room is available, you can rent additional time in 30 minute increments. Please do not use any of the studios you are not renting. If you would like a tour of the other spaces, kindly ask our staff and they will be happy to assist you. If a member of your party comes to the studio intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises. If you bring alcohol into the studio we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premise and your booking will not be refunded or credited. We reserve the right to add additional fees based on the situation. Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises. If a member of your party is caught we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises and your booking may be cancelled and will not be refunded or credited. We reserve the right to add additional fees based on the situation. Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other bookers, will result in immediate termination of your booking and can result in a permanent ban. Please bring all of your belongings into the studio rooms that you are renting and take them home with you after your photoshoot/event. We are not responsible for loss or damages to items left in the common areas. We do not store items for your rental booking ahead of the photoshoot or left behind after the shoot.
