Conference Room in Large Photo/Video Studio with In-House Set Build
About the Space
Our 20,000 square foot studio is based in Long Island City NY, just a few minutes from midtown Manhattan. We have massive windows throughout that flood the space with natural light. We also enjoy a 180-degree view of the surrounding urban landscape. Our conference room is available for meetings with up to ten guests. Please reach out with any questions. We'll help you meet your needs! Please note: Meeting Space bookings do not include access to larger studio space (conference room only). COI required for all bookings. -- Our facility is optimized for large-scale commercial productions, with an in-studio House Set that offers the look of location with the controls of a studio environment. We can build sets in studio to accommodate multiple productions (photo and video) at one time. With advance notice, custom sets can be designed and built as well. The studio offers an extensive in-house prop and furniture collection, freight elevator, and loading dock. There are conference and lounge areas, four private bathrooms, and a fully-equipped studio kitchen is available for food styling and general use.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
