About the Space
The Art Lodge is a full house rental that is a duplex. It is a double with 2BR/1BA with living room and kitchen in both units (4BR/2BA overall). There is a front porch and backyard. We've hosted many commercial video shoots. The space is flexible because of the two residential spaces in one. The layout allows crew in one unit and shoots in the other, or two locations in one when multiple homes are required. You have full flexible use of the full house, a smart door lock code will be provided.

We have a professional cleaner who cleans the space including all laundry before and after your booking. If you'd like to request an additional mid-stay clean, we can provide that for a fee.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
