Studio Cleaning Protocol: At Galaxy Studios, we maintain a high standard of cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests. Here’s how we keep our studio clean: 1. **Daily Sanitization:** Regular cleaning and sanitization of all high-touch surfaces, equipment, and props. 2. **Trash Disposal:** Multiple garbage bins are placed throughout the studio for easy disposal of waste. Guests are encouraged to use them to avoid additional cleaning fees. 3. **Furniture Care:** Guests are asked to return furniture to its original position without dragging to prevent damage. 4. **COVID-19 Measures:** Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place, including sanitizing stations and optional mask usage by staff upon request. Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
