About the Space
Everything is movable in the space!! Additionally, there is a small stage located inside the venue perfect for musicians. We are located in the thriving Brighton Park Neighborhood. Our location has ample space for private events (Birthdays, Pop Ups, Live Music, Meetings Filming, Baby Showers, + more ), workshops, pop-ups, etc. We have tables and chairs available, as well as a private single bathroom. Kitchen with sink and a long countertop, microwave, and 2 refrigerators available for extra room for food and beverages. Your vibe will be completed with your selection of music, which can be played on our JBL Party box 310 speaker. We have free street parking on Western Ave and the side of the building. A licensed cleaner is hired between bookings in order to ensure enhanced cleanings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
