--WE ONLY OFFER RENTALS AFTER 4PM on MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, & WEDNESDAYS! We are unavailable Thursdays-Sundays. -- Host your next event in our spacious, airy 2,000 square foot space with concrete plastered walls and warm wood furniture. Guests flow between a flexible range of standing and seating options, mingling around a central hightop counter, dining at round tables, or settling on low-slung sofas for drinks and conversation. Sound system included. Events we've hosted include photoshoots, networking events, and parties. We’re available for full buyout, with a maximum capacity of 70 people.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
