About the Space
A lofty 5000 square feet of open space and private studios make this space a beautiful space to hold shows and gatherings with the bonus of circus performers! All rigging and Aerial needs are included in the space with a house rigger and technician. Soaring ceilings of 30 feet the brick wall features windows facing east with retractable blinds.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaning crew that cleans between bookings as well we follow regular cleaning schedule daily.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
