About the Space
Our newly renovated modern home is great for meetings, private gatherings, baby showers, photoshoots, bridal showers, birthdays, and more. The kitchen has tons of marble counter space for laying out decor and d'oeuvres. Recessed and under mount lighting to give your events that extra wow factor. Bright white shaker cabinets, island waterfall, skylights, and cozy furniture bring a modern class and style into the space. The main level has vaulted ceilings and an open layout making it easy to accommodate many guests for your event. Patio furniture is provided on the back yard patio. With newly installed windows throughout the space allows plenty of light in for photo or film shoots. Property is a short driving distance away from 285 whether heading to the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport or to Atlanta’s popular attractions such as Atlanta Belt Line, Mercedes Benz Stadium, and more. The space holds 30 guests comfortably. Free parking is offered in the driveway or on the street. Please be advised, house sits on a steep hill, so we strongly recommend parking on the street. Please read the cancellation policy, rescheduling needs to be done at least 4 weeks in advance to be honored. Please note the bedrooms and master suite will not be accessible. To be clear, you may access the living room, kitchen, upstairs and downstairs guest bathrooms, patio, backyard, downstairs open area, bar, and pool table. Also be sure to include time for set up and break down within your booking hours.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
