About the Space
The apartment has a ton of natural light throughout, mainly by the dining area, and some indirect light in the living room as it has north-facing windows. The space has been used for concept and fashion photo shooting, as well as video recording and meetings. This is an old apartment building. You won't find the open space concept here, rather, all the rooms, common and private, are well compartmentalized. Also, there is a spacious balcony with string lighting and patio furniture. There are extension cords throughout.

I had used a professional cleaning service but even they didn't meet my high standards of cleaning routine. I disinfect high touch areas and steam clean all porous surfaces, paying high attention to details wearing latex gloves, face masks and quality products.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
