At Comman Goods, we ensure a clean and welcoming environment through a meticulous in-house cleaning process: Pre-Event Preparation: - Surface Cleaning: Disinfect all surfaces, including tables and high-touch areas. - Floor Cleaning: Vacuum or sweep and mop floors with sanitizing solution. - Restrooms: Clean, stock supplies, and polish fixtures. - Kitchen Area: Sanitize appliances, countertops, and sinks. During the Event: - On-Site Support: Staff available for spill cleanup and trash management. Post-Event Cleaning: - Surface Disinfection: Re-disinfect all surfaces. - Floor Cleaning: Sweep/vacuum and mop floors. - Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of all trash, sanitize bins. - Restroom and Kitchen: Thoroughly clean and restock restrooms; sanitize kitchen area and utensils. Final Inspection: - Inspection: Conduct a final check to ensure cleanliness and readiness for the next event. Our process guarantees a pristine space for every event. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
