Massive imported Monterey firs, cedars, pines, and large sequoia dot the hillside and surround the multi-level lighted deck with gorgeous panoramic views stretching as far as the eye can see. Rustic wood fencing surrounds the 10,000sq ft lot. A truly ideal place for engagement photos, pool and water photography, natural settings, and more. Backyard features: 750 sq ft Deck With City Light Views -Deck is Grey Trek material with modern cable finishes and accent uplighting in the floor -2 Swivel Chairs and 2 Loungers -Portable Fire Pit -Electrical Power Outlet on deck. -Concrete stairs and rock railing lead to the deck -Side yard wood gate allows easy in/out access. Pool and Jacuzzi -Grey In-ground rock pool and jacuzzi in perfect condition. There is a park at the end of the street with a playground, grass field, and rustic wood fencing. Our guests enjoy full access to the backyard through your booking with amazing hospitality. Flexible furniture arrangement. Ours can be moved out and into the garage while you bring in your desired props. We have a neutral color kitchen with white shaker cabinets and black accents, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and rustic wood trim and pipe accents.
